This week, I have a recipe for you that’s going to be your bff this summer. This super easy glaze has it all—it’s sweet, spicy, and a bit salty. You can use it to glaze whatever proteins you like—I would use it on tofu or soy curls, but I’ve heard it’s dynamite on salmon. It also works as a dipping sauce for spring or egg rolls.
